Digital Products

How do I download my digital products?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with download links within a few minutes. You can also access your downloads from your account on our website. Digital products are available for immediate download - no waiting for shipping!

What file formats do you provide?

Our Procreate stamps come as .brushset files that work directly with Procreate on iPad. We also include Jpeg files for use in other design software. All files are high-resolution and ready to use. or Canva accessible links.

Can I use these for commercial purposes?

Our digital stamps are for personal use only. Commercial licensing is not included with standard purchases. If you're interested in commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing options

What if my download link doesn't work?

Download links are valid for 30 days and can be used multiple times. If you're having trouble, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we'll resend the links immediately.

 Do I need Procreate to use your stamps?

Our stamps are designed for Procreate, but we also include PNG versions that work with other design apps like Photoshop, Canva, or any software that supports PNG files.

How do I care for my ceramic items?

Each ceramic piece comes with specific care instructions included with your order. Generally, hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish and longevity of your handmade items.

 How do I care for my paper products?

Our colouring pages and paper items are printed on quality paper. Store them flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or curling. Handle with clean, dry hands to avoid smudges or damage. For best results when colouring, use appropriate materials for the paper type.

Do paper products need special care?

Basic care instructions are included with your paper products. Generally, store flat and keep dry for best results.

Printables

How do I get the best results when printing my digital downloads?

For best quality, print on good quality paper (at least 200gsm for colouring pages) using your printer's highest quality settings. Make sure to print at 100% scale - don't resize or "fit to page" as this may affect the design proportions. Use appropriate paper for your intended use (cardstock for sturdier items, regular paper for practice sheets)

What printer settings should I use?

Print at 300 DPI or your printer's highest quality setting. Select "Actual Size" or 100% scale, and choose the paper type that matches what you're using. For colouring pages, matte or slightly textured paper often works better than glossy

Can I print these multiple times?

Yes! Once you purchase a digital download, you can print it as many times as you like for personal use. This makes them perfect for practicing, gifting, or if you make a mistake and want to start over.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for standard physical items in their original condition. However, personalised items and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded as they are custom-made or instantly accessible. If there's an issue with your order quality or if you received something different than expected, please contact us immediately and we'll work to make it right.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item (non-personalised physical items only), we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Please note that personalised items and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We don't offer direct exchanges, but if you're not happy with a non-personalised physical item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures you get exactly what you want while allowing us to properly manage our handmade inventory. Please note that personalised items and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom nature.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout the UK and internationally to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. For specific shipping rates to your area, please add items to your cart and enter your postcode at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We ship throughout the UK and internationally! Once your item is ready (which takes 2-5 days to make), delivery time depends on Royal Mail's shipping schedules. UK customers can expect delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch, and international orders typically take 7-14 business days.

How do I track my order?

Our standard shipping doesn't include tracking, but tracked delivery is available as an upgrade option. If you've selected tracked shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. For all orders, we'll notify you when your item ships after our 2-5 day crafting period.
